A Letter from the MTCCC Co-Chairs 2010-2011:
As we continue implementing the Montana Comprehensive Cancer Control (CCC) Plan 2006-2011, we reflect on where we’ve been. The Montana Cancer Control Coalition’s many diverse members have been dedicated to cancer control since 2003. The MTCCC partners, teams and committees have accomplished many of the CCC Plan strategies in the first four years of implementation as detailed in the MTCCC Annual Reports. It is with anticipation that we continue implementation for the 5th year and continue to build and expanded upon our successes to reduce the burden of cancer in Montana.
We’ve achieved many of the goals of the CCC Plan but our work continues. This year our implementation teams and committees will continue ongoing implementation activities as well as work on updating the CCC Plan for 2011-2016. The updated CCC Plan will be a living document that guides MTCCC members and partners to utilize a coordinated and integrated approach to controlling cancer in Montana. We will also continue our focus to ensure quality of life through prevention, early detection, treatment, and research.
While many activities are accomplished through the generous efforts of volunteers, some require funds. Please help us to achieve our goals for the year by donating to the MTCCC. Attached you will find a donation form along with the procedure of how to make your donation. Please remember, your donation is a way you can make a difference in controlling cancer in Montana.

Donations to the MTCCC are accepted through the American Cancer Society, as they serve as the MTCCC's fiduciary agent.
Donations are tax deductible, a receipt will be mailed.
Please make checks payable to the American Cancer Society (ACS)
